We have come to an end of the very insightful and engaging season of Taggd’s #DecodingJobs #ThinkTankSeries2021 in association with the Confederation of Indian Industry and Sunstone Eduversity. The concluding session moderated by Vishal Bhardwaj hosted talent leaders from the automotive sector.
A series of events have disrupted the #automotiveindustry in the recent past – transition from BS-IV to BS-VI fuel emission norms, rise in demand of shared mobility and electric vehicles and then the COVID-19 outbreak. While the road to recovery may look like an uphill task, the automotive industry in India is expected to grow and fuel in the Indian economy in the long-term.
The auto sector is changing with unparalleled speed and magnitude. The leaders are cautiously optimistic about the sector’s future and are on to a new path forward— a path that is built on new models of engagement at the intersection of people and technology. Here are a few highlights:
