Anshuman Srivastava is the Chief Operating Officer at Taggd, bringing over two decades of experience in recruitment across sectors such as Automotive, Manufacturing, and Heavy Engineering, among others.
In his current role, Anshuman leads Taggd’s recruitment outsourcing partnerships, ensuring client success through operational excellence, transformation, and innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in driving strong client relationships and delivering consistent business impact.
Anshuman played a pivotal role in driving PeopleStrong’s RPO business, which has since evolved into Taggd, an independent, globally recognized RPO brand from India.
He also held key roles at Randstad and Asian Paints, where he managed diverse responsibilities across talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and organizational capability building through outsourcing solutions.
He holds an MBA in Management and further enriched his business acumen by completing an Executive Development Programme in Business Management from IIM Bangalore.
