a. Parental Leave At Taggd, we truly believe that the entry of a child in one’s life be it through birth or adoption is a special event and we celebrate them along with our taggers. New parents get paid leave of 26 weeks and if they would like to extend it or work partially as they recreate their life around their younger ones, they have the flexibility to do so.
b. Time Away While we follow the laws of the land for time offs and holidays, we have a flexible time-away policy. We intermix work and personal time quite a bit. Thus when time away works differently for every tagger, we are okay with it. For some it is a few days every month, others need longer vacations fewer times a year. Also, on their special days such as birthdays and anniversaries, we ensure that taggers spend their day off with their friends and family.
c. Self and Family Care Programs Like we care for our employees, as family, at Taggd, we ensure they take care of their loved ones too. We have partnerships with self-care, childcare, elder care providers and our teams can avail these benefits anytime they wish to.
