As President of Taggd, Kiran is leading the company’s transformation into an agentic-led recruitment business. Taggd today stands as a digital hiring platform trusted by enterprises across India for access to ready-to-hire talent.
Kiran played a pivotal role in establishing PeopleStrong’s RPO business, which has evolved into Taggd, an independent, globally recognized RPO brand from India.
Before rejoining Taggd, Kiran was part of PeopleStrong’s co-founding team, where he held leadership roles across solutions, technology, and sales. Under his guidance, PeopleStrong became one of the fastest-growing HR SaaS companies across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, serving over 500 large enterprise customers. As Chief Strategy Officer, he was instrumental in shaping the company’s long-term direction, culminating in its acquisition by Goldman Sachs.
Earlier in his career, at Aricent, Kiran advanced several HR technology initiatives, including the deployment of SAP and enterprise-wide HRIT solutions.
Outside of work, Kiran is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys cricket, badminton, and table tennis. He also pursues spiritual exploration to reflect on life’s deeper questions and has a keen interest in culinary experiences and reading, particularly on entrepreneurship and management.
