Our Intervention
Taggd deployed a 5-member team led by a project manager within 14 days, with recruiters skilled in electronics manufacturing, sales, marketing, and R&D. Two sub-teams worked on-site in Mumbai and Pune, applying our Centre of Excellence framework and targeted sourcing across Taggd’s database, job boards, and the client’s website. A multi-channel employer branding campaign, referral programs, and Darwin adoption streamlined hiring, while a zero-dropout model with backup joinees and strict governance ensured speed, precision, and sustained impact.
Outcome
Taggd reduced the average Time-to-Fill, achieving an improvement in hiring efficiency. By strengthening the employer brand and ensuring backup joinees, the client reached a 100% offer-to-join ratio with almost-zero dropouts.
