  • Lack of talent insights:  Absence of talent insights and consultation delayed decision-making.
  • Decentralized TA Processes and Structures: The lack of TA structures for multiple business units resulted in efforts and time spent on fulfilling business demands and placating hiring managers without assessing the feasibility of client requests.

Our Intervention

At the outset, Taggd first analysed the recruitment process, and addressed the identified gaps with tailored solutions. Business unit–wise teams were established to act as a true extension of the client, fully aligned with the brand and priorities. Streamlined hiring processes were introduced, supported by multi-layered sourcing strategies including targeted campus hiring, live candidate sourcing, and research-led workshops. A rigorous early warning system and  governance ensured consistency, speed, and quality in delivery.

Outcome

Taggd strengthened the client’s talent engine by building a passive pool of 800 shortlisted profiles aligned with talent forecasting for future needs. To support business ramp-ups, we enabled rapid scale-up to handle rising workloads while ensuring faster closures to minimise productivity gaps. Through just-in-time hiring, recurrent roles were supplied seamlessly, giving the client access to talent on demand and sustaining operational continuity with speed and precision.
