Young engineers, graduates or postgraduates are not looking for the manufacturing industry. Also, the problematic thing could be that now many private colleges are shifting from the core engineering verticals such as mechanical, chemical, or analytical to computer science or IT domain. So, India needs to make the right sort of speculation, and if over time the manufacturing industry gets to up but talent shift has been seen, so it will not be an easy task to find the right fit.
