Vishal serves as Chief Technology Officer at Taggd, where he is responsible for advancing the company’s technology strategy and building its proprietary AI-native recruitment engine, TARA.
He brings over 25 years of experience across enterprise technology, product engineering, SaaS platforms, AI innovation, and HR technology. Prior to joining Taggd, Vishal spent more than 17 years at PeopleStrong as a founding member and long-time technology leader, serving as both Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer. He was the brain behind PeopleStrong’s comprehensive HR technology suite, which today serves over 400+ companies and 2 million employees. Under his leadership, PeopleStrong launched Asia’s first HR command center, India’s first HR mobile app, and an AI-powered HR chatbot.
Earlier in his career, Vishal held entrepreneurial and technology leadership roles at TalentPact Info Systems, IBM Global Services, SCA Technologies, Polaris Software, HCLTech, and Mahindra British Telecom, delivering technology products across the ERP, Supply Chain, and HR domains for some of the world’s largest corporations.
