Anjli is a seasoned talent acquisition leader with over 22 years of experience, including deep expertise in the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry. She brings together technology, talent and operations to build high-performing recruitment functions.
Her leadership approach is rooted in innovation, meritocracy and accountability. She has led complex RPO engagements across India and APAC, spanning FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, BFSI, Manufacturing, Shared Services and Technology, and is known for solving complex talent challenges with a strong balance of strategy and execution.
Over the course of her career, Anjli has worked with leading organizations including TCS, ManpowerGroup, Korn Ferry and Alexander Mann Solutions, where her most recent role was Director – Growth.
Anjli holds a B.E. in Computer Engineering and an Executive MBA from SP Jain Global. Outside work, she enjoys listening to music and playing badminton.
